Van Cleef Engineering Associates assisted Hopewell Township with developing a Micro Paving Program to replace their chip seal program. By switching to Micro Paving, the Township was able to improve the service life of routine maintenance and lower their budget for road maintenance.

Van Cleef Engineering provided both engineering plans and specifications and also provided construction inspection and administration services. Work included replacement of distressed pavement, Micro Paving and striping.
