Van Cleef partnered with the Borough of Bath to deliver Phase II of the Monocacy Park and Streetscape Improvement Project, transforming a key community space into an attractive and functional public destination. The project included the design of a pocket park featuring decorative paving, benches, a clock tower, pedestrian lighting, landscaping, sidewalks, and on-street parking, along with a variety of complementary streetscape enhancements.
Van Cleef provided comprehensive engineering and design services, including the preparation of contract documents and coordination with PennDOT, the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), and local and county agencies. The project was supported through funding from the Growing Greener II Program and the Community Conservation Partnerships Program, helping the Borough achieve its vision for a vibrant community gathering space.
