Van Cleef Engineering Associates (Van Cleef), a 52-year-old multidisciplinary civil engineering firm with 9 offices and over 225 employees in New Jersey and Pennsylvania has acquired Bursich Associates, Inc. (Bursich). The transaction expands Van Cleef’s ability to serve clients throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
“We are proud to have served Pennsylvania clients since 1993 with our Doylestown office and since 2001 with our Bethlehem office,” explained Sam Costanzo, Van Cleef partner and Doylestown office branch manager. “Now, with the addition of Bursich’s talented staff, Van Cleef’s reach will extend farther westward.”
With Bursich, Van Cleef continues its growth into the active Montgomery County, Berks County and Chester County regions. Bursich Associates’ experienced civil engineers and surveyors have been collaborating with private and municipal clients in southeastern Pennsylvania since 1972. Their projects include design and review of subdivisions and land development applications for private and public sector clientele, wastewater management design, operation and feasibility studies, and comprehensive land surveying.
At the close of the transaction, the Bursich structure will remain unchanged, operating under the direction of their existing leadership team and in their current office in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. They will work closely with Van Cleef’s Pennsylvania offices.
