Van Cleef worked with the City of Bethlehem on the site plan and design for a Skateplaza. This project used Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) grants and involved the design of a concrete skating facility, complete with vehicle parking, pedestrian access, storm water management and other miscellaneous improvements. Van Cleef, in association with the City’s Planning consultant and the designer of the skating apparatus, prepared construction documents for approval by reviewing agencies, including DCNR North East region department of Recreation and Parks, and coordinated design with the City and Northampton County Conservation District (NCCD).
