Van Cleef was contracted by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA) to provide maintenance and safety upgrades at Structure No. P2.03S and along Cedar Lane in Florence Township, NJ.

In addition, Structure No. P2.03 along Cedar Lane required various repairs and parapet upgrades to its attachments to guide rail.
Van Cleef designed the following improvements:
With construction completed, this targeted safety initiative significantly mitigates roadway risks and delivers a modernized corridor engineered for optimal traffic safety.
