Cynthia Norfleet, CEO and Managing Member of Van Cleef Engineering, has been named 2nd Vice Chair of the New Jersey Alliance for Action. The Alliance recently announced its new executive committee.
Cynthia has been a long- time member of the Alliance board and has also previously served in other leadership capacities in the organization. “Cynthia Norfleet is a dynamic transportation leader. She was raised in an engineering family. She knows civil engineering as few do, and applies it in so many critical areas, such as transportation, site civil, and water/wastewater. We are delighted she will be part of our board. ”
